長沙湘能真空濾油機的注意事項
1.開機前檢測所有閥門是否關閉。確認開閉后再啟動真空泵。真空負壓達到-0.06～-0.08之間后，再開啟出油閥門和進油閥門，同時油泵開關應打到自動啟動位置。
2.待出油口有油出來時再啟動加熱器，啟動加熱器后將油溫設定在70℃左右(不能超過80℃)，并將設定開關打回到測量位置，再打開控制柜里的空氣開關。油加熱后如有泡沫出現，應及時打開泡沫控制器，消除泡沫。進出油管不能有重物壓在上面
3.油泵如有不停時，可以將進油閥適當關小一些。左下方的污水罐有水時應及時放出來。
4.要過濾的油液含水分多時，如果存在下面的水能放出來最好把水放一些出來，再過濾，這樣既能提高濾油機的工作效率，也節約了用電。如果原儲油容器底部的雜質較多，請輕輕濾上面的油液，留在底部雜質很多的油，最好不用濾油機過濾了，以免堵塞濾芯。
5.濾油機如果在露天作業最好用雨布遮蓋，以免淋雨。初濾芯要定時清洗或者更換。清洗方法：將濾芯拆出來用氣泵從濾芯里面往外面吹。
6.真空泵油如進水了應及時更換，如油位降低了應及時加注，保持真空泵油位在兩條刻度線之間。
7.真空濾油機濾油時，應該由專人操作，并且有專人值班。
8.停機前應提前5～10分鐘把加熱器關了，再停真空泵，關掉進出油閥。
